I worked in customer service for twenty five years in the casino with people are at their worce when losing their money and still never seen anyone as bad and rude like this manager. I think you should have under cover person order from there maybe more than once and make sure they are a little bit of a difficult customer. This manager has no right to be representing your company until she gets some training and really don't think that will work for her!!
