  I could not speak more positively about this location! The staff is incredibly friendly and gracious! I was having a rough day and they made me smile with a donut to turn it around. My coffee is always made perfectly at this location too! Thanks for all yall do!!

  How is this place even opened ? You made a matcha drink without matcha . You didn’t provide the donuts we ordered. And you did not provide napkins or straws. Who is running this place?

  Ordered avocado toast for a VEGETARIAN and it not only came out burnt to a crisp, but there was bacon on it. Then the bacon croissant I ordered had next to raw bacon on it. Not to mention the long wait and bad attitudes. Will not return, I see why the rating is so low.

  I ordered a iced coffee for myself and an double espresso for my bf. They kid gives me my ice coffee says thwy put the espresso in the coffee. I said it's supposed to be separate he goes i know but I didn't make it do u still want it separate. Ummmm yes. And my sandwich thw bagel wasn't toastwd.

  i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I finally get my order and go to work near by only to find out the chai drink i got was not TEA it was coffee which I do not drink. Then my everything bagel with extra cream cheese was a plan bagel with hardly any cream cheese. Cant call the store because the phone isn't working apparently and since I WORK i cant go back there. 2nd time in a month Iv gone and BOTH times were horrible. DO NOT use this dunkin. Horrible miserable people who are clueless.
