I’ve been to this establishment for years now and my best advice is to wait it out if it’s full! This area is very popular and to be honest, yes the area is small. But the best part about this place is that when it’s empty the atmosphere is so wonderful. They always decorate for the holidays and there has never been a wrong order here. Though they are always trying to finish tasks quick, I appreciate their sense of timing. I feel respected and happy coming out of this establishment and that’s saying a lot considering it’s one of those areas that make you wonder…will it be this way every time? And they deliver !!!

they need to hire bilingual people not employees who only speak spanish. i understand it's a heavily hispanic area, but you will have customers who only speak english. also the staff is always new and often i've got my orders wrong

The girl at the cashier doesn’t accept my English and she doesn’t understand Spanish neither. I asked for the restroom for my kids at 8pm and she said no because we are closing. It has happened twice in this same store. I’ll never come back here
