  Compared to other Dunkin's this one is one of the better ones. Despite being owned by the same people or literally being just 5 more minutes down the road, the next Dunkin' you go to, everything can taste different from the coffee to the breakfast sandwiches. This singular Dunkin' has the best everything. You can tell the difference in the quality of the food and drinks, and everything tastes much better. Unfortunately, a lot of the employees at these locations and the Hamiliton St location in Saugus (owned by the same people) are treated like crap. The managers themselves are not so bad, but the GM specifically can be horrible, and not to mention the owners or whoever else the owners have hired to watch the cameras and hound their employees so that they can pinch for pennies. If you're a Dunkin' employee and you're reading this, I appreciate you guys so much and I'm very grateful for my medium hot regular that you guys make for me on a regular basis.

  I placed a $7.15 order for a coffee and a donut online. It went through because I got the notification from my bank that it charged me the $7.15. I went inside and waited in the mobile order area for about 15 minutes and then asked an employee, Judy, where my order was. She said they did not receive it and told me there was nothing she could do even AFTER i showed her that my account was charged. She was extremely rude, and did not offer any solutions besides reordering and wasting more of my money. I am a broke college student so although $10 may not seem like a lot it is to me. I ended having to leave the location and place an order elsewhere, meaning i spent $20 total on coffee that day. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I come to this establishment every morning but now I will be avoiding it due to Judys lack of customer service. I hope she is talked to and properly trained on customer service and how to act appropriately towards customers. I will be very unhappy and continue to avoid this establishment if there are not consequences. Once again, her name was Judy and she was VERY unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!
