They leave expresso out for a long period of time and it don't matter whether you have a small meeting here or a lodge that you just put whatever they want in your coffee for espresso. Today today it's over 85° and I asked for a little bit of sink water and they gave me water out of a metal cup that had spoons in it that they were stirring coffee I with.
