  I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Dunkin’ location. Today, when I picked up my mobile order from the pickup counter, the lid wasn’t closed properly and the drink spilled all over my work uniform and the floor. None of the employees offered to help — instead, they just stared and laughed. Last week, my drink was made but left sitting behind the counter with the receipt attached, never placed on the mobile pickup shelf. I had to wait until another employee finally noticed and brought it out. This location really needs better attention to customer service and order handling.

  Whatever time is listed for the DD.. wait atleast a hour after "opening" this now makes 4 times I've put in a moble order just to wait outside 30+mins for them to open the store and enjoy my stone cold sandwich that was sitting for 30mins.

  Staff at this location mix up orders often and then place blame on customer even with receipt proof. In addition, my donut was wet.

  I accidentally made an order, which was on me. I called the Dunkin Donuts place to let them know I made a mistake and wouldn't be able to pick the food up. The lady who spoke with me on the phone was extremely rude and then hung up on me. It was an 11 dollar order and I didn't even ask for a refund, I was just apologizing.It is genuinely not worth it to go here😭😭😭
