  Don't go here unless you have alot of time to spare. Clerk wasn't to pleasant either. She probably shouldn't be in this line of work. Thank goodness for another clerk who helped get my order because she saw me waiting for my order for about 15 minutes. I'd probably still be standing there.

  Maple bacon croissant supposed to go with white cheddar if you don’t have that kind of cheese tell the customer that you will replace it with cheddar cheese don’t just put it in the sandwich without asking them INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY THAT’S NOT RIGHT!!!🙄

  Took 30 minutes to get 1 medium latte a croissant, and a prepackaged pumpkin loaf. Was asked by 3 people what I was waiting on. Twice when it was just the prepackaged pumpkin loaf only to wait an extra 15 minutes for one of the employees to finally decide to actually grab it. Everyone had messed up orders even people in drive through coming inside because their coffees were wrong. Employees messed up to many orders and created their stress while trying to fix the mess ups and started ignoring new customers completely until they got it resolved. Food was cold by the time I actually got to sit down and eat it.

  I am a truck driver and I stopped here today to grab iced coffee on my break. Whoever made my drink screwed up big time, the ice was fully melted (I came in 5 minutes after doing mobile order) and they didn’t add any milk or shots it was pure black and bitter, I threw it away. I’m angry because I wasted money and didn’t have time to ask them to remake it as I’m on a time crunch. This is the worst Dunkin’ drink I’ve had in awhile. Management needs to train better and staff needs to read the order.
