  Me and my girl are in the hospital cause we just had our baby we placed a pick up order and they was claiming they ain’t have it and wouldn’t give it to my mother in law

  Apparently Dunkin has trained every location to shake up the milk when serving iced matcha lattes so half of your $9 drink is FOAM. Oh and don’t get the hashbrowns and queso. The queso isn’t even warm but COLD and very salty.

  The store is clean and the donuts are good, but the customer service feels cold and distant. Staff rarely make eye contact, smile, or engage with customers, and it often feels like they’re going through the motions rather than actually welcoming people. Basic courtesies, like giving a receipt or saying thank you, are inconsistent. It’s not overtly rude, but the overall experience leaves you feeling unappreciated as a customer. There’s potential here, but the store needs to work on warmth and attentiveness. A more diverse staff might help them connect with a vibrant and culturally rich community like Urbana.

  Constant to forgetting parts of an order. The employees will admit fault but refuse to give you the food they forgot to put in the bags and also refuse refunds. Overall horrible experience. It seems all the employees have a snarky attitude when problems are brought to their attention.

  Worst prices out of any dunkins I've ever visited. No joke, they are price gauging. Just absolutely ridiculous in shameful. Dunkins in Chicago charge less than this.
