  I feel as if the loaded tots weren’t enough for the price the cup isn’t even half full .. my husband ordered a latte and they made at least six drinks before starting his.. two people behind us walked out first.

  Don't even know where to begin, I ordered the beach bucket of munchkins yesterday on mobil app when we picked it up the girl informed me she only had 34 munchkins and ask if we wanted regular donuts to finish the order we said ues . We are an hour and a half from this store. We got home all 34 were chocolate I cant even eat chocolate and they gave us 2 regular donuts to replace 16 munchkins I cant reach anyone phone is always busy and corporate is useless he didn't understand what i was saying said there's no other person I could talk to no supervisors nothing. This is ridiculous they didn't have a issue taking our money but getting a runaround trying to get this issue resolved. Bad bad business

  This Dunkin is extremely understaffed and unorganized. I had made a mobile order before the drive-thru orders I saw being handed out. I wasn't acknowledged whatsoever in the lobby after standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting for a single drink. It took me having to ask about my mobile order for them to make it. Again, this place is extremely understaffed, and about 3 people were working at the time. But, I do feel if there were a little more pep in their step and some organizational skills it wouldn't have taken that long to make a damn drink.
