  I recently moved to this area, so this has been my closest Dunkin. Since Dunkin brought back the Dunkalatte, that is my go to order for months with an occasional switch up here and there. Today, I go into the store to pick up my mobile pick up order and I see that the color is off (IF YOU ARE A DUNKIN FAN YOU KNOW AS SOON AS YOU SEE THE COLOR). I saw the color was off and still took a sip before I left so that I wouldn't be upset when I get all the way to the office. As soon as I took a sip you can tell that they put regular milk because the drink was super bitter not even a hint of sweetness and the coffee milk that is in the latte does not require additional sugar. I went to tell who I assume to be the manager with the blue shirt a woman who appears to be Asian that my drink was not right. I said the color is off and before I could say it didnt appear that they put in the correct milk she took the drink away and was trying to argue me down that the drink was the right color. AGAIN, if you know you know. So I am trying to be calm and explain to her that I get this order everyday I know what it looks and taste like but then she walks off with an attitude and makes a new drink. The new drink was a different color however when she walked back over she had both drinks and smartly stated "See same color", they were not. When I drank the new drink, it was an obvious difference. It was 7am all I wanted was the correct order. I was not getting smart with this woman and I dont appreciate her attitude because I wanted someone to fix my order. And from the many reviews on this woman's behavior it obviously not just me.

  My husband and I just bought drinks from this Dunkin Donuts. We both thew up as soon as we both finished our drinks. We both felt fine before we drank our Dunkin drinks from this location. I tried to call them and their mailbox is full. I wonder why. You know why.

  Yup... one place in this world you can still get a delicious meal for $3.23... what a world we live in today where one of the few places a hot meal can be had for under 4 dollars remains the donut factory.

  3 times my hot tea was not hot at all and the sausage egg and cheese was not hot or fresh either....done going here
