Management and employees openly talk shit about customers and routinely tell you to hold on, whether there’s one or 5 people waiting ahead of you. She apologized when she saw how long as I was waiting, and I said it’s fine take your time. The cashier knew I was waiting a long time. As soon as he rang her out, he told the other staff that one of them had to take over and walked away. Ignoring me like I didn’t exist and no one came over…I continued to wait. My partner called them out (we are brown, I’m Muslim and Pakistani) and they threatened to call the cops. LOL. Exactly what I would expect, though I never experienced it for myself. I urge you to take your business elsewhere - they don’t deserve your business or respect.
