In my opinion, management needs to step in and help her. She is the only reason I have come back as it devolved into garbage with the previous manager.
Please get this in front of the owner and do something. FYI, none of this was said by her, it is my observation of a clearly bad situation... Please do something.

9/19/25, I was stopping by real quick to grab my guys a quick meal and from point of order to leaving, I was held hostage for 22 minutes! 22 minutes being in line, watching the line grow all the way around the building and seeing people leave. The order was taken by a girl with braces and freckles and from the moment I ordered she seemed confused and when I asked if she was OK, she said, yes but in a huffy manner. I don't know if she was talking to herself outloud as she tried to figure out where the sandwich I wanted was on the register or what. Then, when I sat there, she kept moving slow through out the area in trying to service the walk ins. The one other girl that was there, was so slow in readying the food that when I stated how long I'd been in line, she said that they were the only ones left to operate the store. TWO YOUNG girls left to try to cope with the store from 3:30pm-toward closing on a FRIDAY. I can't believe that this is how you operate such a busy location. I'm so disappointed, because what I thought would be a quick stop in on my way to get back online for work, turned out to be a huge delay and since I'd already paid, I was STUCK. This is poor management. I feel bad for those girls. I do have to say that they didn't seem to have once bit of urgency, even walking by the from one end of the counter to another. Do better.
