  Service was great but I want to know why every time I get a latte or iced cappuccino, I’m drinking straight milk. I’ve gone to other location and not experienced the same thing? I don’t get Dunkin often but the last 4 times it has been the same exact experience.. Edit***as I look through the reviews, I’m seeing a bunch of others mentioning the same thing. “Milk with a Splash of coffee” if y’all trying to save money and not giving people what they pay for that’s just outright wrong..

  What did we get?! Got a half dozen donuts this morning and the two peanut donuts were made with blueberry batter- so gross! The color of the inside was grey so I knew something wasn’t right. Was that a mix up? Could only taste soapy blueberry and the peanut crumb coating just fell off. So bizarre! 😡.

  Staff here is always so friendly, my fav Dunkin to go to. Love the lattes, the matcha, and the Sabrina carpenter drinks!

  Terrible customer service…I walked in to place an order and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before any of the 6 employees standing around even acknowledged I was there…then when he came over he said “dudash, dudash, you dudash?” So I’m like what??? And he was trying to ask if I was door dash…so after we finally got that squared away I was able to at least lace my order.
