  Location is decent but I will say Joy is very rude and Idk why she is still able to work here considering her racist remarks to customers. Everyone else is pretty friendly

  I don’t appreciate how every time I order from this dunkin the ladies who work there are either distracted or just plain slow. Today I ordered a curbside pickup order just to go in and find the three very capable ladies not carrying out a curbside order. On top of that when we finally went inside to get our OWN order they said placed a hot sandwich on top of a donut and it melted the frosting of the donut. Not a good experience, even after giving this place multiple tries. A continuous disappointment!!!

  By far the worst Dunkin’ to stop at. I hardly go, and every time I do, I’m reminded why. The service is consistently disappointing, and the lack of professionalism is blatant from both the staff and management. I ordered the $5 meal deal at the register with Emely. She took my order, I paid, and then waited… and waited. Eventually, I checked my receipt and saw I was only charged for an iced coffee. The coffee tasted like dirty sock water. The place is a hot mess. Save yourself the time and frustration and go literally anywhere else.

  The service sucks really bad there very rude they work really slow and they expected you to put your own coffee in the coffee carrier thats there job thats why there getting pay for, they should just let the costumer go behind the counter and make there own coffee, i hope the owner is paying attention to all this bad reviews or hes going to lose lots of costumers.

  I went tonight and asked for food and the overnight guy said they don't have any food right now. I've went a couple of other times and he also say's the same thing. Last time I did an on the go order and he said to give him at least five minutes before pulling up that now I'm going to have to wait longer. But I had ordered it fifteen minutes before pulling up. if he doesn't want to work and be lazy put someone else because even the drinks he makes aren't well made. My friend ordered the new Dream drink wasn't mixed, and my drink was okay. The rest of the crew is great. Thanks.
