- JMJo MAug 30, 20251.0People are waiting 30 minutes for orders. Store is disorganized and quite dirty today. Hot food was cold by the time I got donuts and my wrap was overcooked. Didn't even apologize for the wait. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened.
- GGGreg GummereAug 27, 20252.0Slowest service of all of NE Ohio's Dunkins. Staff is chaotic, seems like here is no supervision to create order or efficiency. Many tables still dirty. Waited 5-7 minutes to order and receive a simple cup of coffee two days in a row. Not going back

Then we get to the window and the staff had zero clue as to what was happening they messed up our order completely and ended up having to do 2 different transactions because they messed up so badly. The food we got was wrong...not too sure what's so hard about 10 assorted munchkins and a plain toasted bagel with extra cream cheese.

I don't expect the drink to be full 3/4 approximately standard without ice. Not only do this location have major issues everythime with this request. They fill the cup less than half.
