  I ordered my coffee on the app this morning. I got there and they told me that they couldn’t open because the morning crew did not show up. I get that and called back when they opened and asked for a refund. The girl told me that I have to call corporate I did and the told me the store handles the refund. I called the store and they told me that I could come in for a free coffee well already in Boston.

  Popped in for a coffee while in the sites, the location is clean, and the staff working are friendly, bubbly and fun.

  Had the worst day ever when my car battery umexpextedly died in the drive through line. Thankfully the person behind me helped by pushing my car with hers so I was out of the line but still not in the best spot. The staff brought my order to my car which I wasn't even thinking about any longer. I waited almost 2 hours for a tow and some other customers were absolutely awful. Yelling and making rude gestures and giving me the finger. I was crying and sweating my butt off trying to keep it together. The manager brought me out a cup of iced water and was so kind. As were the rest of the staff. And my frozen coffee was made perfectly. They were amazing on a really bad day for me.
