They refused to take our order so we had to go to Troy location which I didn’t want bc their donuts are stale and have a weird taste to them. I never want donuts but I had a craving and was completely disappointed. Had to go to Hannaford .every time I go here it’s burnt coffee, terrible service . Horrible attitudes and I don’t understand why I’m the nicest person and the most understanding.. it takes a lot for me to complain about a place. America definitely does not run on Dunkin’.
