  8/30/2025, 930am The cashier here was very unwelcoming. At first we thought it was because she was the only one working, however we heard her laughing, talking with a coworker. She seemed perfectly fine then until a customer walked up to order. The smile disappeared, the body language changed and the look was one of "what?". First time here and last. How is everything in here sugary sweet except the service? Yuck

  My iced latte just tasted like milk and flavoring. I got an avocado toast but the bread was not toasted and my hash browns weren’t toasted enough. All in all - never coming here again

  I give up on this place. No matter what time of morning, they only have like 5 donuts. And not the good ones. First rule of business, you can’t sell what you don’t have. Dunkin’ without the donut part.

  If I could zero stars I would. I only go to this dunkin donuts location because it's right by my job but I would walk 100 blocks for coffee before I ever go here again. The customer service is horrible. It's the morning shift manager. I don't know her name but she's some Hispanic lady and she's beyond rude. I went to ask for a different drink because the latte they made me was horrible. I was very polite and just said how I tried to drink it but couldn't and I didn't want to waste my $5 so I just asked for something else. She gave me so much attitude and was whispering to the staff while making me another drink. She took forever to make it and then sits in on the counter and walk away without a word. The drink was still poorly made and I still wasted $5 by not drinking it. My experience would've been much better if the manager just did her job correctly. She's very rude to anyone who comes in unsatisfied so they need to improve customer service by first getting rid of her.
