As someone with dietary restrictions, I truly appreciate how attentive they are to getting my order just right—every single time. Their thoughtfulness and consistency make this place more than just a coffee shop; it feels like a welcoming little haven. Didn’t greet at the speaker, just a rude “how can I help you” sounding like you are inconveniencing her! Then get to the window and she seems to have an attitude and doesn’t have ANY customer service manners or even speak. All to get my order and half way home to realize I’m missing half my order of munchkins. So I go back and pull to the window, explain what I ordered and missing & the girl was even more rude. I said Thank you both times at the window & got nothing at all out of her! Customer service skills go long way!

- TBTracy BerryJul 9, 20253.0Ordered some donuts the other day for my daughter and both donuts were upside down like they were just thrown in there. The icing was on the bag and I asked if my daughter was okay with less icing and she said yeah otherwise I would've pulled around. I've also gotten some wakeup wraps and it's like the machine doesn't get cleaned because I've gotten black stuff on the wraps from other food particles in there, like burnt leftovers. They just slack a little here. The other location by I4 is better. I've never had my donuts thrown in the bag, and black stuff on my wraps.
