- JJJinjtoday5.0Dunkin' is great for meeting up with your friends during lunch or during recreational period. They've got a radio playing, including multiple spots where customers can sit and chat. Wait times are basically nothing, by the time you are done ordering, your drink is ready. Staff is patient and eager to make customers enjoy the rest of their day with a hot coffee (and some chit chat). They also decorate for appropriate seasons.
- BKBuddy & Kristoday5.0I love this place! The employees clearly love their jobs - the manager is great too! Everything is so fresh & clean. Today I made a mistake on my boss’s order. 🥹. Bo fixed it for FREE (it was my fault) and gave my dog a treat - he always remembers our names! I’ll definitely be back again tomorrow- it’s worth the wait!
- BSBrice Smithtoday5.0This Dunkin’ Donuts establishment has one of not the best atmosphere and the customer service I believe is top tier every time I had a complicated order they took their time and helped me out there I believe team lead Izzy helped me out when my order got messed up and their manager Sam was very nice and respectful and made me feel like an actual person and was very genuine and helpful

They never get my order wrong and my boyfriend swears their Iced Chai Latte tastes better than the other locations. Not sure what this location is doing different but the other two need to take notes.

I’ve met the manager in the morning, Samiey, and she is so sweet and is smiling anytime I see her! She is always helping every station and connects with her customers like every great manager should! I also wanted to shoutout Beau, who is there every morning running the drive-thru and gets me in and out quick!! I am always in a rush, but having a great Dunkin across the street has been a lifesaver for me since I moved!!
