Apparently they have a new promotion where if you give them $5, they will make you late for work and you won't get a drink! What a deal! I ordered a head as I was on my way to work. However, I got to the store and waited for over 15 minutes to get my order, and eventually I had to leave without it because I was late for work.

She not only on a personal level is great to work with when I come in for orders. But on behalf of the Cherokee high school PTSA, which I am currently the vice president, she donates and makes every single event that I ask for help incredible. She is so easy to work with and on top of her job!

They've got a radio playing, including multiple spots where customers can sit and chat. Wait times are basically nothing, by the time you are done ordering, your drink is ready. Staff is patient and eager to make customers enjoy the rest of their day with a hot coffee (and some chit chat). They also decorate for appropriate seasons.

I’ve met the manager in the morning, Samiey, and she is so sweet and is smiling anytime I see her! She is always helping every station and connects with her customers like every great manager should! I also wanted to shoutout Beau, who is there every morning running the drive-thru and gets me in and out quick!! I am always in a rush, but having a great Dunkin across the street has been a lifesaver for me since I moved!!
