Why wasn’t this relayed to me who is now out of $18? Tried calling multiple times and just got an automated response. Absolutely pissed.

I come out of convenience and have low expectations as is and they're still absolutely slaughtered. Doesnt even taste like coffee. Its like coffee water and too much syrup no matter what you order. It sucks because some of the people that have been working their are the nicest people.
