    Amazing donuts, and coffee and they’re always quick and fast and the customer service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable, even given due to inflation and such but I do like going here to get my coffee and donuts

    The worst Dunkin donuts, I went to. I bought a dozen and all the donuts were not fresh at all. The employer was not personally at all and doesn't have customer service skills, what a shame. Never will buy donuts again at this place. Rather go somewhere else to get treated better.

    This dunkin is literally incompetent. I constantly receive the wrong order. I’m constantly getting the wrong milk in my order, which is dangerous for other customers. I also pay to have other milk besides whole milk. They need to be retrained, get new management something.

    I went in Sunday, July 3 at @ 11am. The cashier (Linda on the receipt) said she could not accept my coupon because she did not know how to process coupons. I asked for a Supervisor/Manager and was told there was no manager available and no one that can do coupons. Clearly this cashier had no intentions of helping.
