  i went this morning for a 5 dollar latte and it tasted horrible. i asked for a remake and they said no that i would have to reorder a new one. this was the new candy latte and it tasted like they did not add the syrup. when i ask the worker what it was supposed to taste like and he proceeded to tell me he had no clue and wouldn’t remake it for me. horrible service overall and rude workers. will never go back to this location.

  Bianca and May were AMAZING they were so sweet and very quick on the job dunkin needs more workers like this ASAP. 10/10 customer service. They gave us an amazing birthday treat.

  Idk who was working there with the bun & the beard but they were so nice 🩵🩵 good energy and good service tysm. also my drink and donuts are great ofc

  Horrible service today in the morning. A worker he was a red head with glasses and tattoos gave me such attitude. I asked for black coffee and they put a bunch of creamer and milk in it when I specifically asked not to do. He gave me another cup and it was the same thing. Then he proceeded to roll his eyes and tell me “we’re making another batch of coffee” he could’ve told me instead of giving me 2 cups of straight creamer and milk 😒. Not coming back to this location and whoever is in management better train that worker in customer service.
