I typically don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts often. This location is convenient to where I have to go so I made a quick stop this morning. I felt the need to give Angie the recognition she so well deserves. Her energy, customer service and ability to deliver a great cup of coffee is exemplary. Not only is Angie funny, she managed to put a smile on my face when my morning was going just ‘okay.’ Angie made my day. 🌞 May she be given the well deserved praises for her good work. Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never experienced such unprofessional and rude service until today. When I asked questions, I was met with dismissive responses like “I don’t know,” which was shocking and completely unacceptable. I left feeling extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Dunkin please do better!

I stopped going to this location and the one next to Aldi in St Cloud for the same reason. Food always wrong and customer service. I decided to surprise my kid with a sandwich because he loves the bacon croissants. I got an egg on a croissant no bacon. Both locations ask you to pull up and park in front of the building to wait whether you order a hot coffee or a sandwich. This is highly unsafe and my car has been hit once because of this. The managers and owner need to be more concerned with safety than their timers. After more than a year of not going they haven't changed.
Today I was greeted with "What do you want?" And short rude tone. No customers in drive through or inside but was asked to pull around anyways. The girl spent more time going back and forth with me and the manager on the radio than it would have taken to make the food. I go to the Rummell location and its a completely different experience.
Don't waste your time.
