I have visited this location at least 5 times and out of 5 only 1 visit was delightful. On 1 visit my husband and I sat in the drive thru 15 minutes, so the employee could visit with friends. 2nd visit we wasn’t acknowledged at all when we was in the store, so we just left . 3rd visit was thru the drive thru and the employee was the most rude, unfriendly and just down right mean, now I get it, it’s extremely hard working with the public, so I brushed it off, thinking maybe she just had to deal with someone rude. My 4th and final visit was this evening 9/17/25, my daughter and I decided to have a little coffee time together, we go thru the drive thru and we are greeted with can I help you, my daughter replied one moment not sure what we want. The employee with the nastiest attitude got very rude, she acted as if it was holding things up, when in fact we was the only customer in line. She blew, nasty tone and just not friendly at all. We get to the window, and the gentleman that was at the window serving asked us how our evening was going and I explained it was fabulous until the lady that took our order was extremely rude, the young man apologized for her behavior and offered us someone else’s order because they left it. I COMPLETELY understand why that customer left their orders. I am calling for the district manager to further train this young lady, I truly get it, working with the public is hard but not all customers are rude. So long DUNKIN
