  Avoid this place. By far this is the worst dunkin I ever been too with the worst management ever. Decided to stop by to get a small ice coffee, cream, caramel swirl. It took 20 mins to prepare and once received the coffee it looked like a cup of milk and tasted like a cup of milk. I asked for a refund to which she said she couldn’t cause the manager wasn’t there. I just left. Also only two kids are working, moving slower than molasses,looking lost with no sense of purpose. Hardly any donuts or food items. Just avoid it.

  So angry! Got to DD at 7:58 pm and the guy working there said they were closed and he couldn’t serve me. (And yes, I actually still had 2 minutes to place an order.) There was a huge coffee puddle on the floor just inside the door with an open full trash bag sitting next to it. Tables were dirty so, I got it, he had a lot to clean before closing up shop for the night. I understood and left and he locked the door behind me. However, a man walked up to the door as I was leaving and the associate unlocked the door for him and I watched him order donuts!! Like, seriously?!? Why wasn’t I able to order anything?!? Was it because I was a woman? I’ll never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. Such a shame.
