They continue talking to each other then forget what you wanted and have to ask over again. I've been to this place many times and 70% of the time the service is horrible. With all the negative reviews, you would think the owner would retrain the staff. This is the last time I will stop at this particular DD. I think I will go to Cumberland farm instead for coffee. Its pretty good.

The staff is always rude, always openly complaining about coworkers, customers etc. I went there today when I usually go to another location that is over 2 miles away from me and got a coffee, a sandwich and hash browns. I asked at the drive thru for a cold foam cover because I had cold foam on my coffee, she gave me a med lid for a large coffee and I sat there waiting for someone to come back, 3 different people looked at me but never came back over. I got home and my hash browns as seen in the picture were a bag of pieces, not a single intact hash brown. Don't bother going here unless you want to see/hear unhappy employees who don't care about their jobs.
