Today we put in a mobile order and set the pick up to be "Walk in" which is our normal procedure. After arriving 10-15 minutes later we expected our 2 drinks and 10 donut holes to be ready. After they cleared the whole drive thru, an additional 15 minutes later, they started on our order, and said it is "Managers Policy" to do all the drive thru orders first. All the drive thru first, REALLY? They even forgot our donut holes. We spend a lot of money every week at this dunkin's and cant believe that this is the new policy and perhaps there is an interpretation of the rule problem. Of course the drive thru's co-worker had time to talk to people in the parking lot. Well at least this weekend the drink order were correct.

Staff friendly but two matcha lattes were 90% ice. It was a rip off

I’ve never had this happen at any other Dunkin. I always order my matcha latte without ice, and every other location still fills it up, because I’m paying for a medium (24 oz) drink, not a small.
At this location, they literally handed me a medium cup barely filled, maybe 16 oz of liquid at most, and told me this was their policy when drinks are ordered with no ice. Are you serious?? That’s not a medium drink. That’s just shorting your customers.
When I asked, the workers said it’s the manager’s policy.” It’s ridiculous, you can’t charge full price ($5.49) and then serve way less just because someone didn’t want ice. That’s basically a scam.
