- RRRen RenneSep 22, 20252.0Service is good but please teach the workers the stir the iced coffee after brewing in the carafe (the big container) They are mostly kids working here so I am sure they haven’t realized that if they don’t stir it, it makes all the iced coffee taste weak/bad or if you get the last drop it’s super acidic. It sucks to spend $4 just to have a coffee that tastes awful. Kids offer to remake which is nice but if the original coffee carafe isn’t stirred then there’s no fixing it unless they brew a new batch. Please address it

Stopped in this morning for a quick snack and realized later that my coolatta had some unidentifiable green chunks in it - looked like mold, felt like rocks. Whatever it was, I’m glad I spotted it before I finished the whole thing. I didn’t have time to go back, so I can’t speak to how the staff would’ve handled it. They’re usually pleasant, and the rest of the food was fine, but clearly the cleanliness standards are not where they need to be at this location. Safe to say I will not be returning.
