It took me an hour to get 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. The bagel I got barely had any cream cheese on it. I understand being understaffed, but it should not take an hour to serve someone their food

Absolutely shockingly slow service. I've had a sit down meal in a restaurant quicker than it took to get a coffee. Three people in line took 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs.
35 mins in line for a basic order at the drive thru. Wasn’t even that long of a line.
Oh and they were out of tortillas at 10 AM so no wake up wraps of any kind.
It’s been like this every time I’ve tried this location. Inside isn’t any better.
Just shut this location down. It’s one of the worst run Dunkin’s on the East Coast.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Dunkin' located at 299 Farrell Rd, Syracuse, NY 13209. From the moment I walked in, the service was extremely slow and unorganized. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, and despite waiting nearly one hour with no updates or apologies, I never received my order. I was left completely empty-handed and frustrated. When I asked for a refund, the manager—an older lady—refused, claiming she didn't have time. The atmosphere was awful; other customers inside were visibly annoyed, rolling their eyes and maybe waiting even longer than one hour. It’s clear that the staff, especially that manager, are fed up and do not care about customer service. Honestly, if you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin'. Very disappointed!

Dear Dunkin' Management,
Good morning. I am disappointed with the service at 299 Ferrell Rd, Syracuse NY 13209.
We arrived at 10:55 AM to order a large Strawberry Dragon Fruit refresher and other items ($16.42). After nearly an hour with no service, we left at 11:50 AM without receiving anything. I asked the manager to cancel and refund at 11:40 AM, but she refused, claiming she was alone—despite seeing at least two other employees. Several other customers also left without their orders, highlighting poor management and organization. The manager seemed focused on the drive-thru, neglecting in-store customers.
This service does not reflect Dunkin' values and will likely drive customers away. I'm not coming back soon! Please investigate and improve operations at this location.
