  Just picked up our order and it was not what we ordered and the person behind the counter refused to give us what we ordered all around. Not a great experience. Do not recommend.

  The absolute best Dunkin’ in Northern KY!!! A.J., and Harry are always soooo nice, and they NEVER EVER GET MY COFFEE WRONG!!!! I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. Because if it weren’t for them, I couldn’t start my day the correct way!!!! Lol. Thank you both for being you, and for continuing to serve me proper drinks every single day, and for treating me with respect, and dignity, as if I were an OLD friend. Y’all are the absolute best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
