- EMEliza MolinaOct 14, 20251.0Im sorry but over all I do like this franchise. The employees are rude and really do not care about the customers. One time one the employee at the drive through has gotten mad at me because I did not park close enough to the window. There was another instance where they have served coffee with out sure even though I requested sugar and cream and I was even served a coffee that the cup was warm but the coffee itself was cold. It had probably been sitting there for awhile.

They called the cops on me for "trespassing" bc i was waiting for my drink. I waited over an hour & they were still refusing my drink & my refund... cops never showed up..

- RGRamon GordonAug 24, 20251.0I had such a wild experience at this location! I swung by while passing through, eager to grab my favorite daily drink—over ice, of course! However, things took an unexpected turn. The staff here were incredibly unprofessional, and to my surprise, they charged me extra for ice! Can you believe it? I always get my usual order of over three shots of espresso with oat milk and French vanilla at other places without any hassle. Yet, here, she handed me my drink hot, saying she couldn’t give it to me the way I wanted because I didn’t pay for the ice. What a rollercoaster! Definitely not the customer service I was hoping for! Bad staff. I had to ask for my sandwich and a straw for my drink. I the only person in the store.
