  Absolutely the rudest customer service ever! And to find out it was by the Manager! They had an issue with the register and they argued with the customers in front of us. People were walking out. When something was said to him he told us ‘to go to the store across the street’ He does not belong in customer service, nevermind a management position. This was 9am 10/19, there really should be a follow up to such rudeness!!!!

  This dunk donuts is terrible. It was better before they got rid of the manager. Now it is run by a bunch of rude people who don’t like to do anything except talk no. Sense to each other and have customers wait 15 minutes for a black ice coffee. Place sucks they need to start over at this location and let every one of their employees go. Place blows

  The most pathetic excuse of a drive through I’ve ever experienced. Coffee is a fast ordered thing, especially at 6:30 AM. Waiting 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of me for you to still screw up my coffee order is insane.

  absolute worst dunkin i’ve ever been to in my life whole staff was rude and obnoxious to EVERYBODY screaming and talking and not making the food. waited 20 minutes for 2 wake-up wraps on a mobile order while the kitchen staff talking about “whether their getting a niece or a nephew” place should honestly just be closed down
