- LLLeahSep 6, 20251.0I placed my mobile order at 11:09 and did not receive my drink until 11:39 due to long lines. There was no ice, it was filled 3/4 of the way, and was not mixed at all. I was not offered a refund or a newly made drink after mine had sat out during the 30 minutes I had waited in line. If it wasn't for the fact that I had payed for my drink, I would've left and taken my business elsewhere. They always have horrible service and no sense of urgency. Never come here if you want your drink made correctly or if you want quick service.
