    Normally I like going to this spot before I head to work. It’s close. It’s on my way. It’s just convenient. However after today I think I’m done with this spot. I get it each spot has its pros and cons nobody is straight perfect but at least some places try. Not this one. I decided to order on uber because I was running late and didn’t have enough time. Got what I normally get a hot chocolate, breakfast sandwich, and hashbrowns. Everything else was right and came perfect except the hot chocolate. It wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. It was a plain hot coffee. And honestly I wouldn’t have been mad about that either if it wasn’t for the fact they didn’t even bother to have the courier try to reach out to see if I wanted it substituted or if they could’ve at least added cream or sugar. Instead I just got a black hot coffee. I get machines not working or being out of the product but that right there was true laziness. And it just shows yall don’t care about your customers. Other times you go in and they’re all huddled together just talking and barely doing the work while others and rushing around picking up the slack. You would think a location near the hospital would do better considering they can get a steady flow of business but no. It seems they’re there to do the bare minimum and that’s it and it’s sad. Please do better for yourself your staff and your customers. Maybe then your reviews would go up.

    No one speaks to you when you go in and say hi. Not friendly. No good morning, just rude. Ordered a cold foam coffee and did an online order. Coffee didn’t have the proper cold foam cover and the smallest amount of cold foam on top so basically it’s just a black coffee. Need to train these people better .

    The other customers and I had to sort through the orders to figure out who's was who's. The "staff" should all be fired because clearly it's too much work for them to handle.

    The waitresses at this Dunkin are really racist. Today they treated me disrespectfully. My friend and I went to lunch. She ended up taking our order and turned around to get someone else without saying anything to us. She left us there waiting for her. When we explained to another waitress why we hadn't received our order, she replied that she wasn't the one serving us and the previous one said she didn't care about our order. And as we decided to leave she said "bye Black people." This is really disrespectful, because we didn't come asking for free food.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited Dunkin' Donuts today around 9:45AM and was very disappointed by the behavior of one employees . She was rude, called me annoying, when I asked for less green tea , and was unprofessional throughout my visit. When I expressed dissatisfaction with my drink, she argued with me and talked over me instead of addressing my concerns. It was clear her attitude made other staff members uncomfortable as well. I was simply trying to order a tea and sandwich, but the experience was unpleasant and did not meet customer service expectations at all. Because of her behavior, I will not be returning . I hope management addresses this, as employees like this do not reflect well on the company. I will not be coming back.
