You know I go there every single day. Today I go there the lady sits there and sorts donuts while I wait there for 5 minutes for no reason like I don't have any work to go to. Literally nothing to do there, they're not busy and she just makes me stand there because she feels like doing it. If management even cares this was it about 9:40 this morning you make what you want of it.

I keep trying to give this Dunkin a chance because it is the one closest to me. After probably a dozen times I think I had a good order once. You get your ice coffee with the ice all melted into it and flavor sitting at the bottom. It is never consistent. Ask for one cream - seems like 5, ask for 3 creams and there's none. The coffee itself has no taste whether you get hot or iced. Every. single. time. I have ordered a donut it is beyond stale, no matter what kind I order. At 8 am, every donut should be fresh. I even used to work at Dunkin in college and know that if you are getting a stale donut in the morning it means management told you to keep them from the night before. Poor management! The service is meh, not great or friendly, but never rude. I think it comes down to poor management and training. Everything is pre-mesaured with a button, making things impossible to be that inconsistent. Recommend corporate come in and re-train the team.

I pull up at the drive-thru. No one takes my order for maybe 5 minutes. When they finally ask me what I want, I say "I want the meal deal please. I want a iced black coffee, and two bacon breakfast wraps. No cream or sugar in my coffee." Then since she clearly wasn't paying attention, the cashier asked me if I want cream or sugar in my coffee. I say no. I want a black coffee. I then pull up to the window. All three of the girls inside are playing on their phones or looking at the same monitor. They then hand me my coffee. My coffee is not a black coffee. It is a coffee with a ton of stevia in the bottom of it. Don't worry though, the girl clearly recognized her mistake and peeled off the label to try to cover up the mistake. I said that's not black, she said it was. I don't have any more time to sit here and argue with these girls if they don't understand what a black coffee is then they're probably not capable of understanding a lot of things. I don't understand how you can work at a coffee shop and hear the term black coffee and not understand that that means a coffee with no additives. Seems like something you would learn on the first day. 0 Stars.
