Employees didn’t say one word to me, couldn’t hear the first guy on the speaker because he mumbled and clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Then at the window the guy said nothing at all, didn’t even tell me the price, just took my card. Terrible terrible service. As someone who works in customer service I get that not everyday is your best but to say NOTHING is wild. Do better.

I’ve always been a Dunkin fan but I’ve also noticed a change in the flavor of the coffee. Not sure what they changed or why but change it back. It was a 100% better a few years ago
