- AKAbigail KioMay 4, 20251.0This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin, and trust me when I say this, I’m a frequent customer. Just not at this store. I ordered on the app, my usual coffee, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Nothing crazy. I get there for my order, coffee was perfect, however my sandwich was not. They used the heels of the bread to make my sandwich, my whole sandwich was basically egg, I’ll attach pics. I asked for it to just be transferred over to full size bread and their response was “we aren’t wasting our bread.” So I paid full price for a full sized sandwich and didn’t even get the sandwich lol. It’s laughable honestly. But how would this employee feel had it been hers? Do better people. I also added a picture of what it’s supposed to look like.
