  Normally, when you go through the drive-through, it is for convenience simply because you’re driving any other visit to any other Dunkin when you order a bagel toasted with butter they put it on the bagel, not give you a frozen pot of butter and a knife because it’s too much for them to do it By the way, the frozen butter breaks the knife, so it’s pretty useless Can’t get much more lazy I vote with my feet and I will stay far away from this Duncan and go to the other one that actually provides

  Ever since this restaurant remodelled it is hardly worth going there. It's slow and the rate at which orders are incorrect is not acceptable. There are 6 employees behind the counter right now and it's not overly busy yet I've been waiting for a simple iced coffee for probably 10 mins. Not cool. These employees need a competent manager. I used to come here ever day for a few years now, but I won't be doing that anymore. Not worth it.

  With the current changes to the drive through, the parking lot is becoming a safety issue. Signs or cement curbs need to be put in to prevent drivers from lining up at the drive through and blocking the parking entrance.
