- JPJc PerSep 22, 20251.0I was working and speaking calmly on speakerphone, not disturbing anyone, when an employee (apparently the manager) asked me to lower the volume. His attitude was rude and discriminatory, as if he didn’t know how to treat a paying customer with respect. On top of that, the coffee I received was poorly served, with much less than the standard amount. I felt judged and mistreated. I do not recommend this location: the entire staff urgently needs training in customer service and cultural sensitivity. Racism has no place in any business.
