- DCDenise Clement1 day ago1.0They lied about what was in my drink. I can understand if I ordered something wrong. But I saw how my drink was being made. They put 4 pumps of mocha into a cold cup and some milk then stirred then Ice. I asked if there was any coffee added They said yes. I asked more specifically was there any shots of espresso added to the latte (which I ordered to be a hot drink BTW) she had to turn around and ask another worker how many shots she put in the drink she just made. She just made it herself and she doesn't know how many shots she's lying about putting into my cup. Just say it was only syrup. DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR FOOD! I left without the rest of my order because I don't trust people when they lie. Never going back there. Trust broken.
- AAAngel AngelesSep 2, 20251.0I've ordered Nitro Cold Brew in-person here, which by default shouldn't come with ice, but this location keeps upcharging me a "no ice" fee when it shouldn't come with ice. When I've ordered online they add ice and there's no way to indicate no ice online because it already shouldn't have any ice 🙃.

Like I get that you may be tired but at least seem a bit engaged in the conversation. The bathroom on the other hand, doesn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. The staff looked at me weirdly like I had stole something. All I wanted, was just to be attended nicely, without having to feel uncomfortable.
- DDdjspecialkJul 25, 20251.0Horrible service. Easy to see why they have such a poor rating. Handed me my food at the drive thru and disappeared. No hello, thank you, no napkins, no condiments. Waited 5 minutes for somebody to come back as I blew my horn trying to get attention. This is 2 o’clock in the afternoon, not busy, no other customers around. This place needs new management!
