I placed a mobile order and arrived just before 1pm on 10/18. They were out of my donut but quickly rectified it by giving me a choice of any donut or baked good. I was given the rest of my order and it did not disappoint. My breakfast sandwich was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy and my crossiant was all the way toasted. The hashbrowns were also nicely crispy and hot. The iced butter pecan cappuccino was the perfect amount of foam and flavor! I was really impressed with my order today! Thank you for my sweet treats.

My mom, Grandma, and I went in here for our first time yesterday so we were excited but when we got home we were completely let down. Your donuts are beyond dry with little frosting. The Donut Shop is sooooo much better. Was not worth the $33 that I spent.

very inconsistent i come here frequently in th morning, some mornings the service is good and the coffee actually has coffee, other mornings you get ignored for 10 minutes and then handed a cup of milk.

Unacceptable "Light Ice" Policy and Poor Service
I visited the Orangevale, CA Dunkin' drive-thru this morning, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and specifically requested light ice.
When the drink was handed to me, the cup was noticeably not full, with about an inch and a half of empty space at the top. When I questioned the employee about this, I was told that the cup was not filled all the way because I ordered light ice. This is completely unacceptable. Ordering "light ice" should mean I receive more coffee, not a partially filled cup.
I've never encountered such a policy at any coffee shop before. It's misleading to the customer and feels like I was cheated out of the full amount of coffee I paid for. The employee's explanation was unsatisfactory, and the experience as a whole was very poor. I am leaving a one-star review because of this incredibly frustrating and illogical policy.

Went to this Dunkin for the first time. Won't be going back. Staff were already closing up before 3pm when they close at 4pm. Chairs all up and the only table available was disgusting and covered in crumbs. Told staff it was our first time at a Dunkin and they were rude to us.tried asking questions and were just given blank stares in return. Ordered at the kiosk instead because the employee didn't want to take our order. The other employee was nice and got us the water we asked for. Donuts were ok. Drink was not made as advertised. None of the toppings it was supposed to get no caramel drizzle and basically tasted like off brand iced coffee. Would of tried other stuff while I was there if the employee was willing to upsell or suggest items. No effort given to making it a decent experience. All he was focused on was how fast he could get out of the building. Lots of room for improvement.
