Came in a half hour before closing and the dude was giving me attitude- Even though I ordered a dozen off of what was left on the shelf. It's not like I was demanding a fresh dozen to be made on the spot.

My mobile online order was all ice and I didn’t know until I was pulling away. I tried to get it fixed on the mobile app and was unable to be compensated so I took the coffee back to the store after five minutes and showed them how much ice was still in there and asked them to remake it. She didn’t say one word to me she made it gave it back to me, and I couldn’t taste any coffee in it even though it was supposed to be a brown sugar shaken espresso. Very unsatisfied with my seven dollar drink and all the employees are rude. The only one who knows how to make coffee is the guy with the long nails rude as hell though. You are better off going to the one in New York St. or even Lake Street.
