  Poorly ran from what I’ve seen. Went in for a small plain black coffee and they forgot to give me a lid. I ask a crew member then they said were busy but someone will help me. So I wait a little then ask someone who appeared to be the manager for a lid for my drink and then they gave me a dirty look as if I offended them. Didn’t help me at all so I just left without the lid also I heard her shouting, belittling her employees during the rush, on top of that she was rude and had very unprofessional customer service handling. Do not go to this location👎🏼

  I’ve given this location quite a few chances, but the wait time is insane. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but I’ve seen so many people either leave the drive thru line or straight up walk out of the store after waiting a half hour for a coffee that they already paid for.

  Listen it's Dunkin okay The staff inside this place is incredible was there for a couple days visiting by the third day they knew my order had it ready for me when they see me coming through the door what kind of service but in New England can you get that at a Dunkin Thank you guys

  So slow. Not very busy. Finally got up to drive thru window and my stuff is sitting there getting cold. Person looks at me and walks away and starts making drinks... So I had to wait 2 minutes for them to hand me my order. They could have just opened up the window and handed it to me but I guess it makes more sense to make me wait even longer.

  Have given this location my business a handful of times and the service and wait times have been consistently poor. Rmit doesn't matter if you enter the store or go through the drive thru, you will be waiting 15-25 minutes for your order - even if it's only one item. I'm a patient person, but waiting over 20 minutes for a small iced coffee is just extremely poor service. I have given up and will find an alternative location when in this area.
