I understand that the employees were busy handling orders, but I think just telling customers on the line how long we will have to wait until they can serve us would be nice. It only takes 15 seconds to do that. Someone behind me left because it took so long. I waited 15 mins plus before deciding to leave I just wanted a piece of donut, which could easily be handled if the employee asked.
