  The wait was crazy long even though I ordered ahead on the app. The food was also terrible. I’m pretty sure the donut I got was moldy but even if it wasn’t, it still tasted awful.

  Disappointed yet again, coffee overdosed with sugar after I politely asked them to fix it and add 3- no ice in the cold brew the extra space was the amount of cold foam they put when I got it back. My 2&3 year old’s hash browns were overcooked and doesn’t look like the full serving. $35 worth of food to waste. When I called I was told it was busy so he has to hang up. I hope their day goes as smooth as they treat their costumers.

  This place getz checks ✅ ALL across the board!! Staff is friendly, usually keeps sitting area clean, coffee is excellent 🤌🤌. Instead of going to the Dunkin Donuts MiddleTurnpike West in Connecticut. They're awful over there!! 💯 I have no qualms Walking further for excellence!! ✨💯 The Gas station Dunkin donuts on Adams Street in Manchester CT is AWESOME!!😎 I love the friendly staff, our conversations, and the fact that the very few times they've made a mistake or I didn't like my coffee they fixed it. NO problem!! 🤯🤯 They own their shit here but it's the commitment to excellence that shines bright. **When placing mobile orders be aware they do run out of choice donuts earlier on.*** IN MY OPINION - I'd rather have no donuts then hear they're being thrown away. I'm a sticker about wasting and helping the planet. That's not really anyone's fault. Staff is great, coffee is excellent, and atmosphere is pretty decent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for coffee!! The service speaks for itself, and they make it right. You just can't beat that. Anytime a mistake has been made they not only own it, they don't make you feel some type of way when they have to remake something. 💯💯💯💯💯 I appreciate that alot. Not to mention they're usually on point! 💯 I usually get coffee but the few times ive grabbed food, NO PROBLEMZ. 💖💖 So give it try!! Parking is available but it's limited. ⚠️(Please do be advised if you're ♿ the doors here are NOT 🚫 automatic. )⚠️ I love it there cuz I've never had any problems and staff is friendly and chill. ✨✨✨ what are you waiting for, go check it out for yourself if you don't believe me!
