After waiting 15mins for 2x bagels, just asked them to cancel the order and walked out. This isn't the first time I've seen particularly bad service at this location and won't be coming back.

I was very surprised as I have been going there for years! Wish I know who the manager was. Can’t believe they are that desperate to hire a person like that! Never again
