  I live off Dunkins coffee and always give them a 5 star unless they give me a reson to downgrade them. I.e. service, or my order gets screwed up!.

  I used to come here a lot when I lived here. Back then it was terrible. The service was awful. There used to be a heavy lady who worked there always would give me attitude and be rude. The store would always shut down the ovens, blender, and other machines hours before close. Which I’ve worked at dunkin, you aren’t supposed to do that. But anyways, to the point. I came back today hoping it would be better. Nope. They were still rude, and still had attitude. Got a frozen chocolate that was basically chocolate milk from how liquidy it was. And I put “ no whipped cream” on it. Guess people can’t read cause it had whipped cream. I politely acknowledged I asked for no whipped cream. I got rolled eyes come back at me with no apologize and everyone staring at me like I’m insane. Like sorry I pointed out your mistake but as someone who used to work at Dunkin not too long ago it’s not that hard to read the tickets. And if I made a mistake I always apologize and was never rude. Unlike these people. I’m glad I moved so I don’t have to come here again

  I stopped with my granddaughter after church on Wednesday the 9th( today) it was 7:40. I asked if they had donuts and what kind … I got a “ we do t have any donuts “ answer…. Ok do you have avocado toast.. the boy YELLED “ WE ARE CLOSED”!!! Actually they were not to be closed for another 20 Minutes but everything was shut down , and he was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE
