  I’m usually a die-hard Starbucks girl, but I was desperate for caffeine and passed a Dunkin’—so I popped in. I wasn’t expecting such a compact location, especially being right next to the American Red Cross building. This morning, they were out of quite a few items. The employee explained that the manager had stepped out to grab more supplies and would be back soon. Fortunately, I was just after a plain coffee, so the lack of almond milk wasn’t a dealbreaker. Despite the pressure, the employee behind the counter handled everything like a pro—visibly stressed but still calm, courteous, and professional. Honestly, what impressed me most was how chill the other customers were. No drama, no complaints—just patient folks waiting for their morning fix. All in all, not a bad detour. It’s right on my route to the office, so I’ll definitely be swinging by again.

  Dieser Dunkin’ in Washington ist der gefühlt einzige, den Touristen betreten dürfen. Die Auswahl ist begrenzt und es gibt keine Toilette.

  Usually a decent experience, but rather rude and off the mark recently. They give away your order to another customer and make a scene about it as if it’s your fault. Time to look elsewhere
