  walked into the store this morning behind a gentleman who was served right away. Then, I waited at the counter without anyone who acknowledging that I was standing there. Notably, I made eye contact with both the person who served the guy before me and a few other people in the store, so they knew I was waiting. I know Dunkin has a policy that the people who order at the counter are the lowest priority. First is online orders, 2nd is drive-through, last is in-person orders. Still, it is a frustrating experience to stand there with half a dozen employees acting like they don't see you. To give you an idea how busy it wasn't, i was the only person waiting in the store. I also watched cars pull into the drive through, order, pay, and leave while If was waiting - so it's not like there were a dozen cars backed up that they were working on. I eventually left without ordering. You never know how long it will be until someone finally pretends they just saw you standing there.

  On my way to work I pass 2 DD, a Heavenly and a Honey Dew before I get to this DD. But this is the drive through I come through because Rosa makes my day. Every day without fail, she is courteous, kind and friendly and her smile and pleasant demeanor seem to make all the worries of the day go away for a short time. It's a refreshing break from the reality of an otherwise hectic day.

  Arrived early on Saturday morning. Emma was really kind and genuine, which I really appreciate considering that's not the norm at other Dunkin' locations. The food and drink were well made.
